If you decide to have me help
you with your journey, you will be provided two
key ingredients for accomplishing your triathlon goals.
1. Training Plans
- The first
training plan is the "Annual Training Plan".
This is the big picture of your entire season. It covers
each phase of your development from now until you cross the
finish line. This plan follow the principles laid out in
Joe Friel's book The Triathletes
Training Bible.
- The second
plan comes in the form of weekly workout schedules. Each
week you will receive a plan telling you what to do on a
daily basis – how far, how hard, what and when. These
weekly plans are not "cookie cutter." They are
designed for you each week using my experiences and knowledge,
as well as your feedback. I use a proven web-based site for
this purpose, www.trainingpeaks.com -
so you can access the plan wherever the internet is available.
2. Confidence
As athletes, we want to know we are doing the right things, eating
the right foods and spending our training time wisely. I am your
source for such questions and will do my best to ensure that
you stay on the right track.
