Approach
Step One: We
schedule an appointment at a local coffee shop or via a phone
interview. During this meeting I will want to learn more about
your race background, goals, family/work considerations, athletic
strengths and weaknesses. The triathlon journey is not just about
the athlete, you have a family, a career and a life besides – it
all has to be taken into consideration.
Step Two: From
there, your personal "Annual Training Plan" will be created.
We will go over it together to ensure that you understand what
you will be doing.
Step Three: After
that, you will receive weekly schedules via trainingpeaks.com.
These schedules are based on your phase of training, time restrictions,
travel, etc. You will log in to access and then record your efforts,
make comments back to me about how you are feeling, etc.
Step Four: You will be able to
ask questions and we will have discussions via email and telephone.
